We must have your order by 4pm the previous working day, for instance if Monday is specified as your preferred delivery date, your order must be placed by Friday at 4pm.

Please also note that additional delivery charges will incur for customers based outside our delivery catchment areas or for specific installation services (wall-mounted furniture). Our key collection service ensures that rather than simply delivering items to your doorstep our team can assemble and place items in their desired location - even if you aren't at the premises. Simply provide us with the details of a nominated key-holder within the local vicinity and we will take care of everything else. The service that we offer varies slightly based on the type and size of order.

Delivery lead-times and service charges vary, depending on location and whether your order consists of:

  • Smaller orders of stocked items
  • Larger orders and furniture packages (with our premium installation service)
  • Rental Furniture

Please take the time to read the following delivery information carefully. We reserve the right to charge £50 for failed deliveries caused by customer error.

If you do not require our full delivery and installation service, we offer a 10% discount to customers who opt to collect their order in full from one of our distribution centres.

Our warehouses are located in London, Manchester, Newcastle and Birmingham. Estimates of delivery timescale and cost are based primarily on the distance between warehouses and the delivery location.

Prior to the day of delivery, we will provide a three hour delivery window to allow you to better plan your day around our service. We will also try to call you 30-60 minutes prior to delivery for final confirmation - for this reason we ask that you provide the contact details of someone who will be present at the delivery location when placing your order.

For orders placed online, our customer service team will call to advise you of when we expect to be able to deliver and the delivery charge - if there is one. Due to the specialist nature of our service, we are unable to offer delivery by carrier.
Our local delivery areas include the major cities and conurbations found within the near vicinity of our warehouses. These areas include:

  • Greater London
  • Greater Manchester
  • Merseyside
A number of our most popular product lines can normally be delivered on the next working day to over 50% of UK properties.

We hold around 800 product lines in stock ready for immediate dispatch. We are usually able to offer next working day delivery for orders which consist of a small number of products from this selection.

During exceptionally busy periods we may be unable to provide these items on the following working day, however, as a general rule orders of items from these replenishment lines are usually delivered within three working days.

Our ability to provide next-day delivery is subject to orders being placed before 4pm. Orders that are placed online cannot be confirmed for next-day delivery until processing is complete, and stock availability has been checked.

If for any reason we can't deliver items on the next working day, we will always let you know and confirm an alternative that works for you.

Due to the nature of package orders, which may require the sourcing of a number of items, and the type of installation that is required by orders of this type, we are unable to offer next-day delivery for orders of packages.
We can to fulfil orders outside of our local delivery areas, as we are regularly in the following locations: Guildford, Reading, Exeter, Oxford, Cambridge, and York, as well as many other major conurbations.

Delivery outside of our local delivery areas usually takes between three and seven days from order confirmation. We ask for a contribution to the cost of delivery based on the size of your order and the distance of the delivery location from our warehouses.

To reduce delivery cost and environmental impact we try to consolidate orders based on their proximity to one another, which may influence delivery time.

There are certain locations within the UK for which we do not have regular delivery patterns. Our team will advise you over the phone in cases where delivery to your location may not be possible at present.
We can also fulfil international orders subject to a charge dependant on location and our availability. We regularly deliver and install in a variety of cities within Italy, The Netherlands, Spain, France, Germany, Switzerland and Belgium.

European delivery will only be scheduled when all items are in stock - including any bespoke or special order pieces. Delivery prices for this service vary, and are charged at cost. Please call us for more information.
Upon delivery all items will be placed in designated rooms, unpacked, and placed where desired. As standard, all packaging is removed for onward recycling and responsible disposal.

Electrical appliances are connected and tested as part of our installation service. Refrigerators and Freezers cannot be tested by our team as they must be left to settle for up to 24 hours before they can be switched on. We are unable to connect or test gas appliances, as by law these require installation by an accredited Gas Safe engineer.

We can remove old furniture on a like-for-like basis for a flat charge of £19.95 + VAT for the first 5 items, and for a charge of £29.95 for the removal of six or more items. If you wish to have a large number of items removed, please call us to discuss. Refrigerators and Freezers contain a number of potentially harmful and environmentally damaging substances, and by law must be recycled in a specific manner - due to this we require notice in advance where we are expected to remove these items, and charge £19.95 + VAT per item for their removal.
When placing large orders or orders of packages, we include our premium installation service. This service goes beyond our standard delivery and will prepare your property for immediate occupation.

The charge for this service includes item assembly, placement of all items in the designated rooms, ironing of bedlinen and making of beds, dressing of dining tables, arrangement of soft furnishings, towel arrangement and professional hanging of pictures and mirrors.

Customers who have this service included may opt to have five old items of furniture taken away on a like-for-like basis, and we waive the usual charge.

Should any items unexpectedly not fit into the location, due to corridor or doorway sizes, we will replace these items with an equivalent that does - there may be an additional charge if the replacement item is more expensive. An optional site survey prior to delivery to confirm furniture location is also offered free of charge to package customers. Both of these services are for customers using the premium installation service only.

This comprehensive service costs £149 + VAT for orders up to £8,000 + VAT, and £249 + VAT for orders over £8,000 + VAT.
For relocation and standard rental packages, we provide the same fully inclusive delivery, collection and dressing service within our local delivery areas.

Charges for this service vary depending on the number of bedrooms in the property and include delivery, installation, and collection of furniture at the end of the rental period. Our team will advise you of the service charge when placing your order. Please note that these are service charges that are additional to the cost of furniture rental.
