About David Phillips

Established in 1998, The David Phillips Group is the UK’s largest and most resourceful furnishing and specialist services provider to property professionals nationwide.

Founders David and Phillip pioneered the concept of delivery, assembly and installation of replenishment products the next working day. Since then we have progressively expanded and added additional services – recently entering CityAM’s Leap 100 list of the most exciting, fast-growing companies to look out for in 2016.

We have a deep understanding of the UK property market and work with PRS funds, individual investors, developers, estate and letting agents, property managers and institutional investors to help them make the most of their investments.

Our furniture rental service has been designed to make the process ofproviding temporary furniture swift and easy. Whether you need to fully furnish a house or require just one or two items, we can provide furniture on a short, medium or long-term basis for the majority of properties. We offer a range of contracts of varying lengths, from a short term one month placement to up to several years for a longer placement.

Renowned interior stylists, producing high-end schemes for home staging, show homes and rental.

David Phillips Social Living has been supplying and installing furniture and furnishings in student accommodation, housing associations and local authority property for over 50 years, beginning with PeelMount curtains in 1967.

Bespoke, fitted furniture and tailored interior schemes. We also design, supply and install custom-made, cost effective and stylish fitted bedrooms and kitchens to accommodation providers and contractors requiring a fitted solution for multiple rooms. We have the capability to assist with your initial design, provide budgets and samples, install marketing suites where these are required, and manage projects – while delivering all FF&E during the build.

Availability Data

The colour-coded availability status is now updated every 15 minutes directly from our stock management system.
It currently shows only the availability in our London depot for delivery to areas serviced by that depot. See Delivery Areas section below.

Availability in Manchester

The availability from our Manchester depot may be different. If an item is not currently available in Manchester, we would be able to transfer it from London which might take another week. For deliveries to the north, please just place the order for the requested date and we will then confirm whether this can be fulfilled on time or, if not, the earliest date or suggested alternatives that would be available on time.

Where the status is Call for Next Availability, we will usually have new stock due in to London shortly. Additionally, we might have stock in Manchester we could transfer in a week.
If you would like a particular item that is Call for Next Availability and are able to wait for a short time, please contact our customer support team so we can advise when we would be able to deliver or suggest suitable alternative items.
