Chimney court approached us to assist with this scheme when a full cyclical refurbishment was due.

The brief for this scheme was to create a contemporary and higher-end look and feel to compete with increasing competition for tenants in and around the Reading area. We offered a full design proposal for all communal spaces from Artwork, Furniture, Window Treatments and Flooring, this included the residents’ lounge, Dining area, Hair Salon, Reception areas and Guest Apartment.
