OUR FOUNDING IDEA
Our group was founded after David and Phillip grew frustrated with the industry’s current furnishing offering to property professionals, and decided that it was time to create an innovative and valuable service for London’s landlords, investors and managing agents.
Our business model proved hugely effective, filling the previously empty niche of next-day furniture, appliances and accessories to individuals and businesses.
Since 1998, we have progressively added new services and brands to our line-up, expanding our focus to helping property professionals in the UK – and increasingly mainland Europe – to maximise the returns on their operations.
WHAT WE DO TODAY
We love to create stylish, attractive spaces that people long to live in. For our customers in the build to rent, residential, social, student and retirement living markets, this obsession brings faster sales, longer tenancies and contented residents.
With a full-service offer that spans interior design to replacement furniture, we’re known for delivering on time, on budget and with minimum fuss, no matter how big the project.
With savvy designers, a nationwide logistics operation and an experienced, attentive team, we provide first-class furnishing with a human touch.
