HOUST is the world’s largest Airbnb property and holiday-let management company operating within 17 global cities. With such a large portfolio of properties in the UK and worldwide, HOUST needed a high-quality furniture provider offering end-to-end service with quick turnaround times to maintain consistent revenue streams. They also required extensive furniture options to suit the preferences of various customers.

Our expert team conducted a site visit and transformed 2 apartments located in Hackney, East London to make the most of the property and incorporating the needs and preferences of the team at HOUST with our creative and innovative designs to bring their vision to life. We chose to lead with bright colour schemes to ensure the properties stood out on Airbnb and other platforms. Our team curated a collection of high quality, durable furniture pieces which are suited to withstand high turnover and therefore perfect for the short-term rental market. The use of our sofa beds in both apartments was an essential addition to extend the number of guests a property could welcome as well as boosting the revenue potential for the property. Our seamless installation process meant work was completed in less than 15 days. Our dedicated account manager was on hand throughout the entire project to ensure the team at HOUST were supported from beginning to end.
