Lillico House

A multi-occupancy development from SweetSpot Homes
Lillico House is a 64 bed development in Newcastle managed by SweetSpot Homes. This is a former army barracks comprised of 10 separate properties in the development.

The Design Team supported with space planning and agreed a look and feel for the design concept with SweetSpot’s in-house interior designer. This helped create a high end finish for student accommodation that meet SweetSpot’s brand standards.

We created a consistent look and feel for all 64 bedrooms while managing the different dimensions and bedrooms sizes, while creating 4 different options for living room and dining areas across the 10 properties.

Removal and recycling of old items, then install and delivery took place across two phases to meet different tenancy start dates for students.

‘The furniture was great quality and the range of options allows for great flexibility in any budget. David Phillips were always able to propose furniture to meet different budget requirements. Their install team is fantastic and took a lot of the hassle out of furniture building and disposing of rubbish.

Colin has been brilliant throughout the project. Always available and always with a solution in hand for eventual hiccups along the way.’
