Located in the heart of Manchester, Pomona Wharf was the second in a series of build-to-rent (BTR) developments outside London from Vista, a joint venture between Countrywide plc and Hermes Investment Management.

Vista needed Pomona Wharf to stand out in Manchester’s busy BTR market. So when David Phillips won the contract to furnish 164 units plus communal spaces, we devised a furnishing scheme featuring bespoke pieces exclusive to the development.

The result was a confident aesthetic that consciously steered away from the typical BTR furnishing style, essential to attracting the best tenants and achieving the best rental values.
