Shepherd Court

Riverside’s Shepherd Court is a sheltered accommodation scheme located in Rochdale, Manchester consisting of 20 apartments and one 3-bedroom house.

Shepherd Court accommodates a range of residents including those suffering with homelessness, alcoholism and drug dependency. All apartments, the office area and the Warden’s house was renovated. The direction of design was a premium look and feel that the residents would be proud of while retaining maximum durability of the furniture.
