This award is a fantastic recognition of our unwavering commitment to ESG excellence within the Build-to-Rent sector. Through years of dedicated efforts in reducing carbon emissions, cutting waste, and optimising energy use, we’re making a lasting positive impact on both people and the planet.

Our sustainability journey is powered by forward-thinking initiatives and proprietary tools that enable our clients to make smarter, greener furnishing decisions. So far, these efforts have driven significant reductions in CO₂ across large-scale projects - underscoring our dedication to sustainable practices that make a real difference.

A standout in our efforts is our Release furniture take-back scheme. With this circular approach, we collect, reuse, and recycle furniture, reducing landfill impact and supporting local communities. Thanks to Release, we’ve saved 1,003+ tonnes of furniture from landfill and donated 7,470+ items to charitable organisations, fostering both community support and environmental responsibility.

This achievement wouldn’t be possible without the hard work and passion of our entire team. It is a huge step forward in our journey to net zero and sustainable, responsible furnishing within BTR.
