We also offer a range of additional services to help make things as hassle-free as possible including, key collection and return, a connection and installation service for appliances, as well as a removal and disposal service for unwanted furniture on a like for like basis, disposing of everything in an environmentally friendly way recycling everything possible.

Your Assembly & Installation Options

Standard Assembly & Installation

Our standard assembly and installation service from our team of award-winning installers means you’re in safe hands. We’ll deliver, assemble and install all items, removing and disposing of all packaging sustainably. You can also request complimentary local area key collection and return.

Assembly, Installation & Hanging

If your order includes mirrors or prints our delivery and install team will be able to hang items in your chosen location as well as assembling and installing any other furniture items you may have purchased. Removing and disposing of all packaging sustainably. Minimum delivery time for this service is 3 working days.

Assembly & Installation Plus+

You don't have to lift a finger to have everything feeling like home. Prints and mirrors will be placed and hung, with accessories and furniture installed with our style guidance. We will make the beds and dispose of all packaging sustainably, with a final clean before we leave, having everything up and running ready for you or your tenants. Standard delivery time is 5 working days.

Standard Delivery

Our local delivery areas are Greater London, Greater Manchester, Merseyside, and the West Midlands and if your postcode is within these areas, we will be able to deliver to your property on any suitable working day with no delivery charge. For all other delivery locations, we apply a small additional delivery supplement based on location.

For delivery locations outside of our local delivery areas, we charge a distance supplement based on the distance from our warehouses. This can be determined using our delivery charge calculator tool. Standard delivery lead time is 5-10 days, depending on the items purchased.

Express Delivery

For next working day delivery (for orders received by 4pm), choose our express delivery service, getting you up and running with no hassle. Subject to delivery schedule and excludes packages delivery.
