Design schemes

Circle Square, a landmark mixed-use development on Oxford Road in Manchester, has been transformed into a vibrant new neighbourhood during the COVID-19 pandemic. A joint venture between Bruntwood SciTech and Vita Group, the project combines cutting-edge science and technology with accessible urban living.

We were asked to fit out 673 apartments in line with this innovative vision. To cater for the diverse preferences of residents, we offered 4 furniture schemes, including a classic option and 3 premium schemes inspired by European cities, for a small additional rent.

Phase 1 was completed in the winter of 2020-2021 and Phase 2 in the autumn of 2021. Despite the challenges of the pandemic, our efficient project management ensured smooth delivery and high quality outcomes.
