iQ Student Accommodation specialise in creating safe, welcoming homes across their 60+ student residences in the UK.

For their site at Elliott House, near Edinburgh city centre, our Student Team worked to a tight two-week turnaround to provide a full interior design and spatial planning service for this refurbishment project. The brief was to emphasise the architecture of the building, and so the design for the common spaces combined comfort with grandeur. For the bedrooms the approach was more balanced and gentle, to ensure students felt a sense of sanctuary.
