Developed by Rise Homes and recently showcased on BBC's Interior Design Masters, Ironworks, is a visionary residential project nestled in the heart of Sheffield, that stands as a testament to innovation and creativity in property development. David Phillips was tasked with designing and furnishing 229 apartments along with all the building’s amenity spaces to exemplify a modern industrial design ethos, paying homage to Sheffield's rich steel production heritage.

Our expert design team conceptualised two distinct schemes for Ironworks' apartment interiors: Modern Industrial and Urban Industrial. These schemes were meticulously crafted to appeal to a diverse range of audiences while staying true to the project's overarching theme inspired by Sheffield's infamous history. The chosen colour palette represents flames, with tones of fiery orange, mustards, blues, charcoal and dove grey accompanied by rustic materials such as steel, wood, metal and glass.

Residents are also encouraged to relax, unwind and socialise with warm atmospheric amenity areas. Using a complimentary fusion of wood and metals, we created an airy, inviting, dynamic space where each section has its own unique characteristics whilst staying cohesive to the main cosy theme. The addition of various greenery throughout creates an impressionable, lasting impact on guests and residents.

From conceptualisation to installation and assembly, our full-service offering ensured that Ironworks' apartments were move-in ready, exuding style and functionality.
