Our designer, Alina, collaborated closely with Salboy from the initial planning stages. Using architectural floorplans as a foundation, she developed a space plan that maximised the home's modern layout and abundant natural light. The design approach focused on complementing the property’s contemporary architectural elements while ensuring that each space felt warm, liveable, and thoughtfully considered.
A key directive from the client was to avoid any overt coastal or seaside-themed décor, despite the home’s location. Instead, the design incorporated high-quality, elegant furnishings paired with neutral tones. Colour was introduced subtly through accessories, creating visual interest without disrupting the serene palette.
The final scheme conveyed understated luxury, with carefully curated textures and finishes that appealed directly to the target market. Each room was styled to highlight its function, flow, and potential - allowing
prospective buyers to immediately envision themselves living in the home.
