Designed to provide flexibility for various lifestyles - West Lane caters to a diverse clientele, from mid-week business travellers to long-term
residents, the development ensures a seamless and stylish living experience for all.
The design ethos centres around an affluent yet functional aesthetic, incorporating bespoke furniture and high-end finishes to create the ideal ‘Instagrammable’ environment. Drawing inspiration from luxury city living, the concept blends deep jewel tones with sophisticated materials to create a luxurious and distinctive ambience.
Two show units were designed to showcase the stunning units,
featuring the same core furnishings as the fully furnished apartments but
enhanced with accessories to illustrate the potential for personalisation. These units played a crucial role in marketing and sales, offering prospective tenants and investors a tangible experience of the space’s full potential.
Bespoke Furniture Selection
Bespoke pieces were developed collaboratively with Vertus’s interior design team, ensuring they aligned with the brand’s vision. Each item was designed with versatility and elegance in mind, tailored to fit the studio layouts while enhancing the guest experience. Materials were chosen for their high-quality finish and durability, ensuring they withstand frequent use while maintaining their aesthetic appeal.
